Awkward Art is a relaxed, prompt-based creative workshop where participants can experiment with art supplies without the pressure of making a masterpiece. If you plan to go, keep in mind this event is strictly for ages 16 and older, making it a perfect morning outing for parents with older teens or homeschooled high schoolers. The session is entirely free, but the library does request registration online beforehand to ensure they have enough supplies for everyone. Parking at the Eva Perry branch is free and convenient in the main lot right outside the entrance.
