Read-alouds are for grown-ups too! Join us for a weekday evening adult story time at the North Regional Library. Flop on the carpet with a floor pillow, pull up a chair, or sit at a table if you want to bring your own dinner or snacks. Spend an hour listening to read-alouds from books and stories in the library collection. Tea, coffee, and hot chocolate will be provided. This month: I'll Mature When I'm Dead. In this collection of essays, humorist Dave Barry takes on self-image, the battle of the sexes, celebrityhood, technology, parenting styles, certain unmentionable medical procedures, and many other topics of adulthood. If you are like many adults and have struggled hard against growing up, you will very likely appreciate this month's read-aloud selections. Registration is appreciated but not required.
