2027 Revaluation Community Meeting

Northern Regional Center, Room 163Wake County’s Tax Administration team will meet with community members to provide information about the 2027 property revaluation.Revaluation is the process of updating each property’s assessed value to reflect its fair market value or the most probable price a property would bring at sale in a competitive and open market. The revaluation sets the assessed value of all residential and commercial land and structures, such as homes, office buildings, stores and farms.Taxpayers will have an opportunity to share information, photos and other details about their property with County appraisers. This helps appraisers obtain additional knowledge about a property prior to finalizing updated assessed values.Community members are encouraged to attend, learn more about the 2027 revaluation process, share information about their property and get their questions answered.
