This class is all about moving, breathing, and having fun on your mat. In this all-levels flow, we’ll link breath with movement through a playful sequence of poses designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and leave you feeling refreshed and energized. Expect a feel-good mix of gentle stretches, flowing transitions, and a few light challenges: always with options so beginners feel comfortable and experienced yogis can deepen their practice. We’ll finish with grounding breathwork and relaxation to help you reset both body and mind.
