Witch, Please at Wye Hill Kitchen and Brewing is the only immersive Halloween pop-up cocktail bar of its kind in the Raleigh area, will also showcase seasonal chef-curated bites. The cocktail program will feature an inventive menu of “Potions & Elixirs” that pairs botanical flavor profiles with functional “active effects” and interactive tableside highlights like scorched herbs, smoking dry ice, and dramatic pours. Guests can expect cocktails like the ‘Oaxacan Dead’ made with mezcal, Cocchi Americano Rosa, hibiscus, pink peppercorn, acid-adjusted grapefruit juice, and Peychaud's Bitters, and the ‘Better Half of Hades’ featuring rye whiskey, pomegranate juice, pomegranate molasses, Italicus, and Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur. The team at Wye Hill is no stranger to successful seasonal pop-ups, having been one of Raleigh’s original and premier holiday pop-up destinations through their annual Sippin’ Santa transformation. Guests can expect a similar full-scale interior transformation of the Boylan Avenue restaurant, this time for spooky season.
