Winter Lantern Walk

The North Carolina Museum of Art’s annual lantern walk invites the community to gather for a peaceful paper lantern procession through the Museum Park as winter approaches. Guests can bring a homemade, flame-free lantern and walk together along a three-quarter-mile paved trail, with the evening concluding at the Ellipse. Attendees are also encouraged to bring donations of coats, pet supplies, food, or toiletries to support local community organizations.
