Trick-or-Eat on Main Street is a combined community festival featuring trick-or-treating, a food truck rodeo, a touch-a-truck display, and a local safety night in downtown Garner. What to Know: Admission to this evening event is free, and children are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes. Kids can climb aboard fire trucks, police vehicles, and heavy machinery from Garner Fire, Garner Police, and Public Works.
