Toddler Storytime is a free, interactive library program designed to help children from walking age through age three build early literacy skills through books, songs, and movement. What to Know: This event takes place at the East Regional Library in Knightdale and is completely free to attend. You do not need to register in advance, but you must stop by the Youth Services desk when you arrive to pick up an entry ticket. The library has a dedicated parking lot with plenty of spaces, and you should plan to arrive about ten minutes early to secure your ticket before the session begins. This weekday morning program fits perfectly into a toddler's natural routine, offering a structured yet active outlet right before lunch and naptime.
