Wind down at the library after our evening Family Storytime. Build with LEGOS and blocks, play with puppets and puzzles, and more! All ages are welcome!
Stay and Play is a free, drop-in social hour at the Cary Regional Library featuring building blocks, puppets, and puzzles for children. It takes place immediately following the evening family storytime, giving kids a chance to transition gently into their bedtime routines through quiet, hands-on activities. This gathering is open to all ages and requires no registration. The library provides all the materials, including Legos and developmental toys, so you do not need to bring anything along. Parking is convenient and free in the adjacent parking deck, making it easy to get in and out with toddlers in tow. This event makes a smart addition to your weekly routine because it offers a low-stress, indoor environment where children can burn off their remaining energy while parents connect with other local families.
