Stay and Play is a free, drop-in social hour at the Athens Drive Community Library where children can play with developmental toys after the weekly storytime session. This event is open to all ages, though the puzzles, building blocks, and coloring supplies are best suited for toddlers through early elementary students. You do not need to register in advance, and there is no cost to attend. The library shares a campus with Athens Drive High School, so parking is easiest to find in the main library lot during these late afternoon hours. It is a highly practical stop for parents who want to ease into the evening routine without immediately heading home to prep dinner.
