The Spiderweb Stained Glass Workshop is a hands-on art class where participants learn to foil, assemble, and solder their own glass art piece. Designed for beginners, this session requires no prior crafting experience because an instructor guides you through every step of the process. The workshop takes place at the Wine & Design studio in Cary, with all materials included in the seventy-five dollar registration fee. Because of the hot soldering irons and glass cutting involved, this activity is best suited for older teenagers and adults rather than young children. This workshop makes an excellent weekend outing because it offers a rare chance to try a specialized craft without investing in expensive equipment. You get to walk away with a completed project ready to hang in your window just in time for the autumn season.
