If you're wanting to spend less time scrolling and more time doing, make an Analog Tote! This is a "take it everywhere tote" and can be filled with activities that don't need a WiFi connection. It's the perfect size for books, magazines, crafts, letter writing supplies, etc, etc, etc. In this class you will greatly expand your sewing skills, by learning how to read and understand a sewing pattern. This simple tote bag will help you practice accurate seam allowances and top stitching skills. You will mark your fabric and attach an outside pocket, finish the top edge of the tote, and attach handles. Supplies Needed: 1/2 yard of sturdy woven (non-stretch) fabric - mid-weight denim or canvas are best for this project and 1 1/4 yards of woven strap material/webbing. Come in and shop before class & get helpful advice from our staff and a 10% discount. Craft Habit will provide thread as well as a sewing machine and toolkit for use during class. Our goal with these classes is to help you work up to projects such as bag making, quilting, or garment sewing, that maybe have you a little intimidated right now.
