Join us for a very creative and unique yoga class blending movement, music, stories, and imagination! Play and have fun, while also promoting balance, strength, calmness, and mindfulness. Our special guest will be Sara Helms of Little Pine Yoga, a Certified Children’s Yoga Teacher, specializing in Yoga and Mindfulness for diverse abilities.Open to children 3 and up.
