The QPR Suicide Prevention Training Workshop is a community education event designed to teach participants how to recognize the warning signs of suicide and assist someone in crisis. What to Know: This workshop is presented by the Town of Apex and UCA WAVES in recognition of Suicide Prevention Month. There is no cost to participate in the training, which takes place at Apex Town Hall on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 6:00 PM. Taking time for this weekday session is a meaningful way to build essential crisis-response skills that help keep our local community safe and supported.
