Positive Beginnings: Fourth Trimester Parenting Group

Parenting in the fourth trimester is a big transition, and we’re here to support you! Join us for a free group where we’ll share simple strategies for building healthy communication with your support systems, managing stress, bonding with your baby, navigating coparenting and understanding common infant behaviors, postpartum mood and anxiety disorders.
