PoeFest Community Festival is an annual autumn block party dedicated to youth wellness and healthy lifestyle choices. Hosted at the Poe Center's Raleigh campus, the afternoon features interactive educational booths, physical activity challenges, and local community partners. This event is best suited for toddlers through middle schoolers. Admission is entirely free, and you can park in the main Poe Center lot or along the designated side streets. Since most activities are outdoors, wear comfortable sneakers and bring refillable water bottles for the kids. It makes an excellent weekend stop because it combines high-energy play with practical health education. Kids can burn off energy while learning about nutrition and safety in a relaxed, neighborhood-style setting.
