Playtime Pals is a weekly drop-in social and play hour for children and their caregivers at the East Regional Library in Durham. What to Know: This event is completely free to attend and does not require advance registration. You can drop in at the children's programming room anytime between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM on Thursday morning. It is a straightforward, low-stress outing to get you and your child out of the house. Your child can play with the library's toys while you chat with other local parents in a relaxed, indoor setting.
