Pickleball Open Play

Pickleball Open Play is a free, drop-in recreational sports session held at the Raleigh Community Center. Players of all skill levels can use the indoor courts to practice their dinks, serve, and volley in a casual setting. To participate, you need to obtain a free Open Play Pass, which is available online through the city RecLink system or at any local community center front desk. While the event is open to all ages, it is best suited for older children, teenagers, and parents who can handle a standard paddle. Wear athletic shoes and bring your own water bottles, as court time is first-come, first-served. This Monday evening session offers a practical way to burn off some energy after school and work. It fits easily into a busy weekly schedule since you can arrive and leave whenever you need to during the two-hour block.
