Outing in Duke Gardens

One Walk to Rule Them All, One Path to Find Them, One Garden to Bring Them All — and in the beauty bind them: An Outing in Duke Gardens. Rain or Shine! Sarah P. Duke Gardens 420 Anderson St, Durham, NC Check in any time between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m.! Join us at Sarah P. Duke Gardens, where winding paths and breathtaking blooms await beneath the open sky. We'll meet you at the Rollins Plaza in front of the Barnes Welcome Center at the benches close to the Gardens Café. After checking in you'll be free to explore the splendor of the gardens on foot, whether in fellowship or in solitary ramble. Be sure to keep track of your minutes on your One Walk to Rule Them All exercise tracker! Check in and sign up for extra entries into the grand prize raffle will be available from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. (you must return a completed One Walk to Rule Them All tracker by December 10th to be eligible for extra entries) Registration is required. Children must be accompanied by an adult. This program is made possible through the generosity of the Friends of the Durham Library and in partnership with Duke Gardens. Parking Information: Public parking at the welcome center is managed by Duke Parking & Transportation and available first come, first served at $2/hour.
