Adapted Open Play Sports is an inclusive, unstructured gym session designed for individuals of all ages and abilities to play sports together. It offers a welcoming space where kids can run, throw, and play without the pressure of a structured game. To attend, you will need a free Raleigh Parks Open Play Pass. You can register for this pass online through RecLink ahead of time or quickly sign up at the front desk when you arrive. The Raleigh Community Center has plenty of free parking right out front, and you should have your kids wear closed-toe athletic shoes and comfortable clothes. This is an excellent Saturday morning option because it is completely free, indoors, and allows kids to burn off energy at their own pace. It is a low-stress way to get out of the house and keep active, especially if you need a flexible schedule.
