Line Dance Class and Open Dance Night is a weekly, multi-level dance instruction and social session held at Mystic Farm and Distillery in Durham. The evening is structured to help you build confidence on the dance floor, starting with a forty-five minute beginner session at 6:30 PM, followed by an intermediate lesson, and ending with thirty minutes of open practice time. Classes cost ten dollars per person, and you do not need to bring a partner to participate. Wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes that you can easily move in. While the distillery provides a water station, the bar is closed during the class, so you should bring your own water bottle to stay hydrated. This is a fantastic option for a casual date night or a night out with friends. Because the instruction starts with the absolute basics, it is highly approachable even if you have never line danced before.
