K-5th Adventures: Math Art is a free, hands-on workshop where elementary school students explore the intersection of geometry and creativity through hands-on projects. Children will experiment with spirographs and tessellations to design their own geometric patterns and optical illusions. This program is designed specifically for children in kindergarten through fifth grade. It takes place at the Southeast Regional Library in Garner, which offers plenty of free parking in its dedicated lot. All crafting materials are provided, so you do not need to bring any supplies from home.
