K-2nd Adventures - Dot Day! is a free, hands-on library program where early elementary students create dot-themed art and play group games. What to Know: This event is strictly for children in kindergarten through second grade. It takes place at the Eva Perry Regional Library in Apex, which offers plenty of free parking in its dedicated lot. While the program is free, space is limited and you must pick up a entry ticket at the Youth Services desk starting at 4:15 PM on the day of the event. This weekday afternoon activity is a smart way to break up the school week with a structured, creative outlet that does not cost a dime. It is a low-stress opportunity for your child to practice social skills and fine motor skills with peers in their exact age group.
