About Island Society
Come to Il Falò for a Caribbean-inspired brunch buffet drawn from the roots of our Executive Chef Jouvens Jean. You’ll find live steel drum entertainment and tropical cocktail specials from our partners, 712 Vodka. Join us for: A full Caribbean buffet with Jerk Chicken, Curried Oxtail, Wood-Grilled Snapper, Mofongo, and more. Live steel drum entertainment throughout brunch. Caribbean desserts like Rum Cake, Banana Bread, Flan, and Pastelito. Tropical cocktails available, made with 712 Vodka. Chef Jouvens Jean brings the buffet table back to his own roots, one Saturday a month through the end of the year.
