Halloween Hoot Toddler Storytime is a festive morning library program featuring seasonal stories and a trick-or-treat parade. Children are encouraged to wear their costumes to celebrate the holiday with library staff and other young children. To attend, you will need to plan ahead for entry. Admission is free, but space is limited and tickets are required. You must pick up your free tickets at the Youth Services desk on the morning of the event, and every participant must be physically present in the library to receive one. This weekday morning gathering is an easy, low-pressure way to get toddlers in their costumes and out of the house for some seasonal fun before the naptime rush.
