Good Moon Festival featuring Tyler Childers with aja monet is a special evening of roots music and spoken word poetry at the Durham Performing Arts Center. Part of a larger three-day creative festival anchored in downtown Durham, this specific Friday night performance brings together one of country music's most compelling songwriters with a critically acclaimed contemporary poet. If you plan to attend, note that individual show tickets will only become available after full weekend VIP passes sell out. DPAC is an all-seated venue with excellent acoustics, making it comfortable for pregnant moms or parents taking older kids who can sit through a quiet, listening-room style performance. This concert makes a perfect date night or a special outing with your high schooler. It offers a rare chance to see these artists in an intimate theater setting rather than a massive outdoor amphitheater, making it a standout choice for your weekend plans.
