Triangle Ultimate is very excited to announce Girls Ultimate Frisbee Winter Academy with the support of USA Ultimate's Girls Ultimate Movement! Join us — and bring a friend — as we grow the game and get more girls playing Ultimate! No experience is needed, and everyone is welcome. This winter, we’re offering two sections of the Academy: Beginners | Ages 10–13: A welcoming introduction to Ultimate focused on building fundamental skills, learning the game, and having fun. No previous experience is needed! Intermediate | Ages 14–18: A skill-building program for players with some Ultimate experience who are ready to develop their skills, understanding of the game, and confidence in gameplay. Both groups will run at the same time and follow the same schedule, with instruction and gameplay tailored to each group’s experience level. Each session will include 1 hour of instruction on different topics each week, and 1 hour of scrimmaging and games. All skill levels are encouraged to join, especially beginners! If you’re not sure about playing yet, that’s okay — come hang out, watch, or throw on the sidelines for fun. Registration includes a custom Girls Ultimate Movement (GUM) Disc!
