Frey Basketball's Sunday 90min Shooting Clinic is an intensive skills session designed to improve a player's shooting form and finishing techniques. Coaches guide participants through the fundamentals of shooting mechanics, footwork, and game-speed drills to build muscle memory and confidence. This session runs from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm at Apex Baptist Church in downtown Apex. Registration costs $35.88 per player, and spots are limited to ensure individual attention. Players should arrive ten minutes early in athletic wear with clean court shoes and a labeled water bottle. It is an excellent Sunday evening option to get your child active before the school week starts.
