The Town of Cary is offering a series of FREE yoga and fitness classes at USA Baseball National Training Complex, 280 Brooks Park Lane, Cary, North Carolina. There will be three different types of classes offered: Vinyasa Yoga: All Levels Yoga for Seniors Yoga for Athletic Recovery Bootcamp Seniors functional fitness Lagree Fitness For each one, there will be two four-week sessions, with each class taking place once a week. This low to moderate intensity class is designed for older adults who want to improve balance, strength, flexibility, and mobility using safe, functional movements. Modifications are always offered, and participants are encouraged to work at their own pace. Perfect for maintaining independence, reducing fall risk, and enjoying a social workout.
