The Flux & Drift party series at Future Hooman is back in September during the Downtown Durham 3rd Friday Art Walk! This month, they're getting a little... ~regal~ 👑 CROWN JEWELS 👑 Enjoy Sparkly Sounds & Royal Ambience Wander Their Palace of Strange & Shiny Things Mingle with Curious Beautiful Nobility Graze on Royal Snacks & Precious Libations Experience a Mysterious Collaborative Art Ritual BYOB is ok and encouraged! Be ready to have fun, connect with other creative folks, and discover your inner royalty. Participation in play is always optional, but they're asking everyone to help set the atmosphere by wearing a crown, sparkly frock, or other suitably regal attire. Make one, bring one, or borrow one of theirs, which will look strikingly similar to a Burger King cardboard crown (YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED). Need some inspo? Flux & Drift 06: Crown Jewels is an interactive, royalty-themed art party held at Future Hooman during Durham's monthly Third Friday Art Walk. If you plan to go, keep in mind that the organizers encourage everyone to dress up in crowns, sparkly outfits, or regal attire to help set the mood.
