Family Storytime is a free, interactive morning program in Apex designed to help young children build early literacy skills through books, songs, and movement. This event is designed for children ages five and under alongside their caregivers. It takes place at the Eva Perry Regional Library, which offers plenty of free parking in its dedicated lot. You do not need to register in advance, but you must stop by the Youth Services desk when you arrive to pick up a entry ticket. It is an easy, low-pressure way to get out of the house on a Saturday morning. Your kids can burn off some energy during the music portion, and you can head home with a fresh stack of library books for the week ahead.
