Young children and their caregivers are invited to participate in an interactive program that incorporates stories, music, and movement to nurture pre-reading skills. Space is limited for all young child programs!Please plan to arrive early to pick up your free tickets at the Youth Services desk. Each participant must be present in the library to receive a ticket.
Family Storytime is an interactive morning program at the North Regional Library that combines reading, music, and movement to help young children build early literacy skills. This free event is designed for toddlers and preschoolers along with their caregivers. Because room capacity is limited, you must pick up free entry tickets at the Youth Services desk before the session begins. Every person in your group, including children, must be physically present in the library to receive a ticket. Starting the week with a library visit is an easy, low-stress way to get out of the house. It gives children a chance to socialize, burns off some morning energy, and lets you pick out a fresh stack of books for the week ahead.
Tickets are free and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis at the Youth Services desk on the morning of the event. Every member of your party must be present in the building to get a ticket.
