Dandelion Learning Collaborative Day Camp is a four-hour drop-off program in Wake Forest designed to encourage independence and outdoor play for school-aged children. The camp provides a structured yet flexible environment where kids can choose their own activities, participate in group games, and spend time in nature. This session runs from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Holding Avenue location, making it ideal for children ages 5 to 12. Registration is $50 per child, and you will need to pack a nut-free lunch, a water bottle, and dress your child in sturdy closed-toe shoes suitable for running around outside. Parking is available on-site in the main lot. If you are looking for a productive way for your child to spend their Friday off from school, this camp offers a healthy balance of social interaction and physical activity. It gives kids a break from screens while allowing parents to catch up on errands or work nearby in downtown Wake Forest.
