Craft and Connect is a free, drop-in art workshop designed specifically for local teenagers to socialize and make personalized projects. Hosted in the dedicated children's programming room, the event provides a relaxed environment where participants can try different hands-on activities without any pressure or prior art experience. This session is designed for teenagers, and the library provides all the necessary crafting supplies at no cost. You do not need to register in advance or bring any materials from home. The North Regional Library has a large, free parking lot directly in front of the building, making drop-off and pick-up straightforward for parents. It is a highly practical option for a Thursday afternoon because it gives older kids a productive, safe space to unwind after the school day ends. Since it is fully supervised and supply-heavy, parents can let their teens explore their creative side without having to clean up a mess at home.
