The Cary Really Really Free Market is a community gathering where participants share items and services with one another at no cost. It is a true community exchange where money and bartering are left at the gate. If you plan to attend, you can bring items to give away, or you can show up with nothing at all. The only rule is that if you bring items that do not find a new home, you must take them back with you when you leave. The event runs from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Walnut Park on Walnut Street. This is a great weekend stop to teach kids about sharing and community reuse, while decluttering your playrooms or finding a few unexpected treasures.
