Vanny Preem is the creative alias of Evan Bonilla, a boundary-pushing Honduran artist born in Long Island, New York and raised between Raleigh and Garner, North Carolina. A member of Hardknocks ENT, he began releasing music in 2019, first gaining traction through raw, emotional SoundCloud singles. His catalog spans Last Summer, the cult-favorite Sad Throwing Gang Signs While Vicente Fernández Plays in the Background, and Stonecold Summer—a gritty, genre-warping project that set the stage for his expanding universe.
