Join us for some self-directed building time at the library! Kids from preschool – 5th grade are invited to create, build, and explore with LEGO, Keva planks, and more!
Building Club is a free, drop-in construction program for children at the Southgate Community Library in Raleigh. Kids can use LEGO bricks, Keva planks, and other building materials to design their own structures during this informal afternoon session. This event is designed for children from preschool age through fifth grade. There is no cost to attend, and all building materials are provided by the library. The Southgate branch has a dedicated parking lot with free parking, making it easy to get kids in and out of the building quickly. It is an ideal Friday afternoon stop because it gives kids a creative outlet to unwind after the school week. Since the program is self-directed, children can work at their own pace while parents supervise and chat in a relaxed, indoor setting.
