Baby Storytime is a free, thirty-minute library program designed for infants who are not yet walking and their caregivers. The session focuses on early literacy development through a gentle mix of board books, simple songs, rhythmic rhymes, and developmental movement. This program is best suited for newborns up to early crawlers. It takes place at the Zebulon Community Library, which offers free parking in the adjacent lot. You do not need to register in advance, but arriving ten minutes early helps you secure a spot on the rug and settle in before the music starts. Bringing a small blanket for your baby to lie on during the floor activities is highly recommended. This weekday morning gathering is an excellent opportunity to step out of the house, connect with other local parents in the East Wake area, and build a foundation for reading in a low-pressure, welcoming environment.
