ABC Craft and Learn is a free, hands-on library program in Apex designed to help preschoolers build early literacy and fine motor skills through crafting. Children will work on the coordination they need for kindergarten by practicing writing, cutting, and assembling an alphabet-themed project. This forty-five minute session is designed specifically for children ages 3 to 5 and their caregivers. Because the library provides all the crafting supplies for free, space is limited and spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The Middle Creek library branch offers plenty of free parking right in front of the building, and you do not need to bring any materials from home. This Sunday afternoon program is an easy, low-pressure way to get out of the house and help your child practice classroom skills in a relaxed library setting.
